Air conditioning or heat pump: what’s the difference?
Air conditioning heats and cools the air in each room. An air-to-water heat pump heats the water for central heating, underfloor heating and domestic hot water. We’ll help you choose, or combine, the best solution.
How often should my system be serviced?
We recommend annual maintenance: it keeps the unit efficient, improves air quality and helps extend the system’s lifespan.
How long does an installation take?
It depends on the system. A home air conditioning installation is usually completed the same day. For heat pumps, biomass or multi-split systems, we state the timeframe in the proposal.
Do you work outside Portugal?
Yes. In addition to Portugal, we have clients in Germany. Get in touch so we can assess your project.
Which brands and equipment do you recommend?
We work with Gree for air conditioning and heat pumps, Ecoforest for biomass and heat pumps, and Siber for ventilation, with technical support from Ecoforhouse. We choose the equipment after assessing the space and the desired consumption.
